Fractures
Impacting your feet through sports such as aerobics, running, dancing and repetitive marching, can put huge pressure loads on your body and eventually lead to a stress fracture in one or both of your feet.
It is a particularly common problem in athletes, police and military personnel, although stress fractures can be seen in anyone undertaking hard impact, load-bearing sports. Fractures are particularly common if you suffer from over-pronating or under-pronating feet.
